@layal70

It can be anything between 6 weeks to 6 months, not a good choice saving just £400 when it comes to get such a big relief in life, just for bloody £400.

You will get stressed, some time get panic for nothing just for £400.
Just stay strong, although i should be saying shame on you.

Hello All,

My case is very long and a bit complex. But just to make it short...I qualified for 10 years route on 14 Jan 15. (complication with previous visa), won case/appeal in FT Tribunal.

Judge allowed appeal and grant ILR. Case worker write to me asking for difference in payment (£899), before 6th Oct 15 - to process ILR.

Fees and new application sent (on time) - directly to case worker.

How long would it usually take to process the application (i.e. for ILR to be granted)?

Hello All,

Just an update on my Immigration issue...

So following my long-winded complicated case (which cost me my job, and 1.5 years of no salary etc).

Recap:
Arrived in the UK Jan 2005 - student visa + renewal
PSW until 08 Augsut 2014.
***issue with payment when applying for FLR (FP) - to bridge gap for ILR in Jan 2015.
FLR(FP) refused on 04 Nov 2014 - with right of appeal
Appeal to JR on 03 Dec 2014. Case accepted, hearing 29 June 2015.
ILR Application sent 05 April 2015 (to be as additional in my JR)
Judge ruled in my favour and I won with both FLR(FP) + ILR #happydays
Biometric card received on 13 Nov 2015 (dated 10 Nov 2015)

Naturalisation application due 11 Nov 2016 (appointment booked at NCS Brent)
British Passport - will be done and submitted on the same day.

According to some (this could take 3 - 6 months).

Phewwwwwww....finally Im over and done with UK IMMIGRATION

Thank you for everyone who support, advise, and enourage me when I needed it the most!
