ILR - SET (M) required for Tier1 dependent

Post by artirix » Wed Feb 10, 2016 7:06 am

Hi

I am applying for ILR through PEO and my family members are applying separately via postal service.
They are on dependent tier 1 general visa.

For my family members do I need SET (M) for application?

Regards

No, they use Set(O) if applying for ILR based on Tier 1 G dependent.

So Set (O) for the main applicant and also for the dependent. In my case I would be using 2 separate Set (0) forms, one for myself and one for my wife. Please confirm.

Thanks

If you apply for yourself in person, same day, you use Set(O).

If you apply for your dependents once your ILR is granted, they apply on Set(O) with your spouse as main applicant.

They cannot apply on Set(M) because they DO NOT hold a spouse settlement visa.
