Main Applicant ILR -- dependent visa

Hi All,

Currently I am on Tier2 ICT and qualifying ILR in September 2014...My wife is came in January 2013 on my Tier 2 dependent (PBS) visa.
My Tier2 ICT and wife dependent visa is valid till Nov 2015.

My question is that Once i get ILR and i will change my Job then my wife dependent visa is still valid till 2015 or Shall i need to process her dependent visa through FLR(M)?

The dependent visa is valid as long as its validity.
