Maintenance fund for tier1 general ilr

Please can any one who has made successful recent ilr application under the above subject category to home office, kindly confirm if maintenance fund is required for ilr. Please if not required, could you provide link where it did say so. I'm a bit confused on this. Please need help. Thanks.

Thanks a lot for your help Sushdmehta. Just want to be sure nothing has changed, hence I wanted to hear from some who had made application recently to Home Office under tier 1 general ilr category.

sushdmehta: Do you need P60s for ILR applications? For the first 18 months of my UK stay, I did not have a job in UK (I only had oversees employment income, which is what I claimed in my extension applications). I did not even apply for a NI number till the time I got close to getting a good job offer in UK. I have the P60s for period since then.

I have never had self-employment income, so hoping that the case is more straight forward, but not sure. HMRC will not have any records for my time before I got the first UK job.
