Need info on the ILR eligibility

Hi ya,

Just heard from some of my friends that Tier-1(General) extensions will no longer happen after April 6th 2015 and I am now a bit worried..

My case is as follows...

1. Got my intial Tier-1 from 02/Feb/2011 to 02/Feb/2013
2. Entered UK on April 18th 2011 (almost 75 days)
3.Got the first extension done on 27th Dec 2013 valid until 02/Feb/2016

Can some one confirm me if I am eligible to apply for an ILR, if so at what time during the end of Jan 2016??
or do I need to go for another Tier-1 extension to be on the safe side??

You don't need another extension you can apply ILR directly 28 days before to 2 Feb 2016.
