PEO BOOKING amount charged but no booking confirmation?

PEO BOOKING amount charged but no booking confirmation ? I booked and paid money on 18th August 2014 and Immediately received payment received confirmation from world pay and also amount deducted from my bank but till date haven't revived any confirmation and my appointment is on Thursday at 10am, 28 August 2014 . Don't know what to do now ?? Advice pls .

Login and check it there, is there any paymentsheet.pdf and booking details?
If do not have any paymentsheet.pdf and Appointment details after booking?.
It might be a technical issue, so contact immediately UKVI.
