Points calculation for ilr from Tier 1 (general)

Hi there,
I am looking to apply for ilr from Tier 1 (general) in march 2016. Can anyone confirm if 10 points for english language is awarded when appling for ilr?? I have done my master's from one of london's university. In case of previous application they used to award these points.

If they have awarded 10 points for your degree in your previous application that holds good in your ILR application too.

Thanks. It has been awarded on last two times for english language & also for maintenance fund. But the confusion I have this time is whether these points (10 for english language & 10 for maintenance fund) will be included in total 80 points required?? There is no mention of these points in Appendix 1.

My understanding is that the 80 points (or 75 points if your original was before April 2010) are different than 20 required points (10 each for English and Maintenance Funds). Maintenance funds will need to be proved again, while English requirement may already be met based on previous applications.
