i was granted entered UK on HSMP visa on 17-07-2009 and got extension in 2011 until 23 August 2014. so in this connection can anybody guide me on following issues.
1- I m self employed with part time job so can i apply in person at PEO
2- is there any funds maintenance requirement for ILR.
3- one of my son was born back home and one in Uk. so i ve to apply ILR for both or I can skip either or one
4- I passed IELTS exam in 2008 (expiry 2 years) and presented the same for entery clearance in 2009 and further extension in 2011 and the same was accepted. So can I present the same as English Language requirement or I have to do B1 English test again.

Yes, at most.
2- is there any funds maintenance requirement for ILR.
No.
3- one of my son was born back home and one in Uk. so i ve to apply ILR for both or I can skip either or one
For the one born in the UK, yes, it can be skipped, he can be registered as British as soon as you're granted ILR: s1(3) BNA.
4- I passed IELTS exam in 2008 (expiry 2 years) and presented the same for entery clearance in 2009 and further extension in 2011 and the same was accepted. So can I present the same as English Language requirement or I have to do B1 English test again.

Yes, in addition to LIUK.

Kindly reply any experts.
