Section 11L for SET(O) confusion

Post by asmiali » Wed Aug 27, 2014 2:53 pm

Section 11L for Tier 1 General also states that

For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents
showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules.

Can someone please clarify, what is this about and what is to be provided for this?

Thanks.

Bear in mind that you need to fill in this section only when your 5 years continuous residence is made up of Tier 1 General and any other category.
Its not applicable in case 5 years are spent under Tier 1 General and no other category.

Thanks for the clarification guys. One quick follow up:

Should I leave these fields as blank or draw a line through the section to show not applicable?

Leave it blank, I left it blank on my application and CW did not bother.
