Holidays Evidence in Photocopies for ILR

Post by leicesterer » Thu Jan 28, 2016 2:56 pm

Hi Seniors
I am submitting the some photocopies of my holiday evidence, my mother was under medical treatment in different time periods for the last five years and she is still under medical treatment, and I went back on those occasions, days were 72, 41, 55 and 37. I have some evidences (Doctors prescriptions and certificates and also Lab test reports) photocopies. are these acceptable. I am going to apply ILR as a limited company director. Is it acceptable?

Thanks in advance.

As long as your absence is less than 180 days in any given 12 month period, you are good to only provide a letter of absence and mention a reason. As a director of a limited company, this is usually a self attested letter.

Doctor notes or evidence of your mothers medical situation is not required in this case. It would have only been required if absence was longer than 180 days and you were applying on compassionate grounds.
Cheers,

Total Income - Tax and Ni= Net Income/12 = xxx put that figure

section 12 L, I don't know which box to tick. and

Tick Both Box in Section 12L

What is your original visa start date and on what date did you enter the UK on Tier 1 G? Or do we need to guess.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

ILR Form quesry

Post by leicesterer » Wed Apr 20, 2016 2:43 pm

Hi Seniors

I am on Tier 1 G, and going for ILR at PEO Liverpool from Leicester on 6th May in the morning. My question is if form is updated on 6th May, can I use the old version on 6th May as it will not be possible for me to complete and print the form and photocopy. I was looking the update timing as well and sometime it was updated at 09:52am and 11:55am.

Thanks in advance

Yes.

And, please keep your ILR queries in a single topic.
