Hi piri thank you and so do i have to send my brp card again dor the travel document application . Like is it be again hole new application like again doing brp enrollement on post office when they received my travel document application??

If this is true, it is a miracle. There are so many people waiting since December, they still haven't got approved.

If you do the application yourself then you have to send your Brp, but if you go places like citizens advice bureau they will just photocopy the BRP and you won't need to send it. You don't need to redo the biometrics at the postoffice. Hope this information is helpful.

You don't need to do the BRP again but i advice you to go citizens advice bureau so that they can do the application for you otherwise you will have to send your original documents when applying for the travel document, which will take ages to get come back

I had to ring DX after 4days after i realised nothing was coming that's is when they arranged a delivery

Thanks for your support till today. This is great to see you got your ILR approved. i am still waiting for the approval. i think i am the only one who has applied in November and has not received the decision. on 07 May 2015 it will be exactly six month for my application. Is there anyone else who applied in November 2015 and still waiting decision. i called them on Friday and they told me still not completed.

I pray and look forward for this weekend to get my ILR approval letter.

I pray for all who are waiting to get the good news soon.

Don't worry they will send it soon. I pray you get it before the 7th of May.
Just call and check with them every two to three days. I did that too, I called them once in every two to three days... I don't know if it made them work on the case quicker or not. But I called them!

Just don't loose hope, and to let you know. I don't know of anyone whose ILR got refused after refugee status.

So don't worry and be strong.

I tried calling them and they advised me to wait until six months is completed and told me they can not give me update now. I pray that i get it before calling them again. does anyone have any idea what do i do after it passes six months? do i go to MP or do go to a solicitor or write a letter myself.

i really appreciate your support till today and let see what happens next.

you will get ur ilr befour 6 month because they never refuse anbody some time they took long time .

Travel document takes almost the same time as SET P. Average 3 months. Congratulations on your approval

All SET (P) applications are through post, there's no premium service unfortunately

you should be happy conservertives won ..this is my own opinion did u u know labour would not be bothered about how long your application takes to be prcessessed they would rather make u work illegally or wait 2-10 years and then deport you , after that they party with the money u have contributed ,tax and national insurance. CONSERVATIVES ARE a RICH team with wealth and they want u to work happily for the country y now there is more jobs and more visa approvals than labour if u cant find one just change career or job choices ..u can still make money.. so guys DAVID is a the big man for now lets hope it stays the same...all set P applications are guaranteed IF u are not criminal or have been rehabilitated..with labour u had to provide more evidence for u to settle in the UK
