hi, i would like to ask a simple questions please...

my wife needs to apply for ILR, shes got the spouse visa on 14/07/09 - valid until 14/10/11, she entered in the uk on 21/08/09,

can someone tell me when is the earliest and the latest date to apply for ILR, also will it cause any trouble to go on holiday few months before the Spouse visa expires.

She may apply for ILR between Sunday, 24 July 2011 and Thursday, 13 October 2011.

Holidays shouldn't be a problem.
