Document sent special delivery: 12th January 2015
ILR received in post on: 14th April.

1. Category: Tier 1 General
2. Number of dependents: 1
3. Tot. Cost: £2986
4. Application method: Post
5. Documents provided:
Old Passport (1)
Current Passports (1+1)
BRP cards (1+1)

SET (O) form (1)
Photographs (2+2) with full name written on the back of each put in small sealed envelope;
12 months payslips and
12 months bank statements
Life in the UK certificate (1+1)
English language test certificate – dependant (1)
Self letter for absences (No employer letter for absences provided)
Employers letter stating I am an employee since when and designation
Marriage certificate (1)
Cohabitation evidence
Except application form, photocopies of all documents and passports copies including ID information, stamps and visas.

6. Absences more than 180 days in any of the qualifying years: No
7. Any Additional Comments: Keep the file as simple as possible, never give unnecessary documents.

Did they charge £2986 instead of £2186? What document did you send to prove your English language? Rgds,

HO charged £3000 now, for main and dependent Applicants.
Nothing i have send to prove my English language because i have already submitted Master degree(done from UK) with my initial Tier1 visa thats why no need to send again for ILR.
