Tier 1 General to ILR (752 days absence

Can you please help me regarding when can I apply for ILR? Please see my history as under

2008 October- enter in UK on Student Visa

Tier 1 General first approval- 16/02/2010 till 16/02/2013

I left UK on 06/06/2010 and came back to UK on 28/06/2012 (Total absence 752 whole days)

Tier 1 General Extension 16/02/2013 till 16/02/2015

Tier 1 General Extension 16/02/2015- Rejected
Appealed against decision and Court/Home office approved visa on March 2016 till March 2019.

Some people are saying that I can apply my ILR any time after 1st June 2017

Some people are saying that I can apply my ILR any time after 29th March 2016

Can you please let me know exact date/Month after which I can apply for my ILR?

Your help will be highly appreciated on this occasion.
