Dear all
I am regular visitor of this forum and very much helped in obtaining new informations.I need an urgent help to clarify my doubt.
I am going to apply for my ILR soon -Tier 2 (G) 5 year route .My doubt is we have residing in property directly rented from an housing association .In Set O form Section 5 ,I believe I need select the option Rented from a local authority or housing
association by you? am I correct or privately rented ?if I am selecting rented from housing association option do i need to keep any supporting documents for this ? or just banks statement and rent statement of account to prove I am paying monthly rent?I believe i can submit only 1 set document from one source .I am planning to book through Premium service .

ILR -MATERNITY LEAVE -MAIN APPLICANT

Post by Mat1979 » Tue Jul 14, 2015 1:18 pm

Hi
I am going to apply for ILR soon under Tier 2 (G) catagory. My wife is main applicant and she was on maternity leave 2.5 years back.
But section 5 of Set O form
'if you are unable to meet the appropriate rate of pay because you are on maternity, paternity
or adoption leave you should answer questions 5.6, 5.7 and 5.8.

Currently we are meeting appropriate rate of pay based on present salary. My doubt is do i need to fill this section as maternity leave was 2.5 years back only.Second thing we are providing Birth certificate ,employer letter and payslip as an evidence to support the same .This is enough to support the application?

Can you pls advise ....

Note the use of "present tense".

If you are renting from housing association, then why would you choose "rent privately" in the form?
Does the form / guidance asks you to provide documentary evidence(s) for this?

ILR -For child born in India-Urgent pls

Post by Mat1979 » Fri Jul 31, 2015 8:40 am

Hi
I am a regular visitor of this forum that helped me to prepare my documentation for ILR.I am having appointment on coming week
for myself and 2 dependends .I having some queries regarding below :

Route : Tier 2 (G) visa (5 years)
Number of persons : main applicant +2 dependends

I am having enough documents in joint names to prove cohabitation covering last 2 years .
My doubt is :

1. Do I need to keep marriage certificate along with my application? (Is this applicable for tier 1 catagory?)
2. Do I need to keep birth certificate of my kid who is born in India ? (I believe its applicable to UK born children applying same time with parent)

I was going through all guidelines of Set o form and checked all topics covering this query
Even though I am having these docuements but I just want make my documentation as simple.

Just guide me if I am wrong -Pls admins or those who got ILR on same case
