Tier1 G ILR - self-employed

Post by tier1-immigrant » Sat Aug 15, 2015 8:19 pm

Hi,

My 12 months earnings period is Oct 14 to Sep 15 ( Ltd company).

Last year, for the month of Sept 2014, I got paid bit late, as the invoice request was raised in Oct 2014 (invoices are dated Oct 2014).
So the earnings in the month of Oct 2014 are double compared to other months (due to late invoicing).

My query is can I consider the delayed payment of Sept month in calculating my 12 months earnings for extension ?
