Urgent - Previous earning

Post by Bbobby2 » Wed Oct 29, 2014 7:33 pm

Hello forum members,

I would appreciate if some can advice on the below question as soon as possible, as my appointment is next week.

I'm claiming points are: 85 points
Master Degree (MBA) - 35 points
Previous Earning () - 35 points
UK experience - 5 points
Age (28 yrs- then) - 10 points

1) My employment salary earnings (last 12 months) is £30660.00 and my self employment earnings (last 12 months) is £4120.00
With employment earnings alone I can get "80 points" as my salary earning will award me "30 points" since I only need "75
points" for a successfull application as my Tier 1 award in 2009 before the new rules started in 6th April 2010.

So it is ok just use my employed earning to apply for ILR or it is mandatory to disclose my self employment earning too. ???

2) For employment earnings I'm providing 2 evidence, 1) Original Salary Slips & 2) Bank statement showing the payment. Is this enough, is it necessary to get an employer letter too?

Can someone please reply. I need to clarity soon because I'm getting distressed now.

please guys reply with you advice.
Thanks

you need bank statements, salary slips, p60, letter from employer. All originals.
Keep it simple. if you have gained enough points from one source show only that.
