Waiting for ILR BRP card

I applied in person at a PSC on 8th sept 2016 and got the successful result on the same day
however still not received the BRP yet!
Contact www.gov.uk/brp, and 'Returns Unit, POBox 163 Bristol', no reply
Called 03001232241, just told me to report again
Anything can do to accelerate this process? They say a BRP should reach me in 7 working days but it is more than 14 working days.

Anyone share your experience?

Which PEO centre? Did you received your BRP?
