When can I get pr after having eea2 visa

Hi,
I am an Indian citizen arrived in UK dec 2007 on student visa until I got married with my Polish girlfriend on April 2012 then I got eea2 visa on jun2012 which is validated for 5 years. My question is can I apply for PR now?
If yes then what is the process ?
