My visa finished on 26th May 2016. I applied for IRL couple of week before the visa expiry. My visa was refused on 6 August on the grounds 322(5) and para. 19. I reapplied again on 28th August with all the tax amendments. However, I was told that I am not eligible to work. So I am not working.
I am likely to get job in another country. Can I withdraw my ILR application? It is almost 5 months since I applied. I would like to know:
1. What is the process of withdrawing ILR application
2. How long does it usually take to get the documents back. I believe I will get my passport at airport.
3. Would they impose any sort of travel restriction on me (or ban)
