Then they said decision can be expected with in 8 weeks, when 8 weeks passed they emailed and said with in next 6 weeks and last Tuesday they said the decison can be expected with in coming weeks When all the documentation recived and no quires remaining outstanding.

No I m confused what does that coming weeks means? Does it mean 2-3 weeks or 5 -6 weeks ?
There is a new reply from visa office Dublin saying they will release decision on my applicantion on Nov.9th as I read from others seems like its not true.My last hope now is to wait for uk Solvit to investigate on my application.

Yes visamail replied to my lawyer's second email last Friday saying they will have decision on my application on Nov . 9th but still I'm doubtful of it.I will post here once I got the decision on that date.
My lawyer in cork will be sending the docs asked by the solvit today.

What docs did u send to solvit? Did you send by email or by courier?

Hi daven,
You dnt need a lawyer to make a complain to Solvit, sent an email to them, they will send you a form which you need to sign and scanned.

And I have scanned all documents which I sent along my application.

I dont think so that It will take that long, as I recive email beginning of this month that

The application is currently awaiting examination.

While every effort is made to process them within a reasonable time frame,
processing times will vary; having regard to the volume of applications,
their complexity and resources available.
As a qualifying/permitted family member, where all the required supporting
documentation has been received and no queries remain outstanding, a
decision can be expected within the coming weeks.

I think the decision for my application will be maximum with in 3 or 4 weeks ,I guess so
