2014/2015 Approved & currently waiting for invitation

any one here who was approved recently ( April/May 2015) received invitation to ceremony for July yet ?

Invitations'll start rolling out in about one week's time from now tentivrly so expect letters in the posts as from next coming week.

Kindly share your assumption of invitations rolling out from next week is based on what ? past patterns or you called INIS ?

My assumption is based on the past pattern of the workings of the INIS. Invitations are usually sent out 4-6 weeks before the ceremony dates. As it stands, beginning of the coming week should be a good time to expect your invites in the posts. Good luck!

I hope you're right. I'm at risk of asphyxiation daily, waiting for confirmation that everything is okay. Being in the North, I don't have the requested GNIB and never have. I'm concerned my status will bring into question my place in the procedure.

If the invitation doesn't arrive soon I may well stroke out.

Not to worry, you're just fine and surely 99.9% done with the whole process. You should be in a party mood rather!

i only send my documents last wednesday i.e 27th may
they recieved on 28th thurday
what do you guys think will make this ceremony still 6 weeks to go ..

You're 100% guaranteed and in for the coming July ceremony. With the pattern of things with the INIS, you should get your invite in the next 15-20 days time. Generally, invites should start rolling out in the posts as from next week in batches.

Not yet. Last day this week, will know by about 11:30. I hate mail-less Sundays.

But hope springs eternal on Mondays :¬))

Why the anxiety?? I earlier suggested that the invitations to the July ceremony will start rolling out in the posts in this new coming week which is just days away! Easy guys! Invitations will be out in batches in this coming week and people who got approvals earlier and promptly paid the fees will be first to get while the rest who got approvals later and paid too will get their invites in the later batches but all can be rest assured to be included in the July ceremony. Still waiting for an invitation too here in Galway. Sent in the final documents and the €950 on May 6, 2015 by registered post. I know they were delivered, but INIS didn't send a letter stating they had been received. With all previous communications, an acknowledgement letter always followed shortly afterward, but not this time. Is this standard when you're at this stage in the process? You don't hear from INIS again until they send an invitation?

Like many others here, I am also on the edge of my seat each day waiting for the post to arrive. I will definitely post again when that invite shows up.

My wife didn't receive acknowledgement neither. Did they ask you for your pictures on the top of 950 and GNIB card?

Thanks for letting me know that your wife didn't receive any acknowledgement about her documents being received. It helps to know that this is what others are experiencing as well.

I sent in my GNIB card, additional photos as well as the bank draft for €950. I'm Canadian so that's all that was required from the document list.

Same here. Got the acceptance letter May 15th and replied on the 18th, no acknowledgement. To make matters worse, I don't have a GNIB card (as I'm in the North) so sent the money, pictures and a cover note stating the same.

At this point, I'm taking no request for further info as a promising sign and am holding my breath for the invite.

It's very weird that they asked you for photos and they didn't ask my wife for photos. Did any one else receive approval in which no photos were requested?

People already approved, paid fees should start getting their invitations before the week runs out. No worries mates!

I have got approval letter today and i have sent €950 postal order along with original GNIB Card.
Now i am not sure whether i can expect for invitation for Citizenship ceremony or not ?
Anyway keep figure crossed !!!

Sure, no problem. Your issues are not my issues. While I have a reason for worry (no GNIB Card), I'm sure you're fine. That they're still sending acceptance letters is promising, as I don't think they'll send invitations until they get all the acceptance replies.

Your approval was timely and it's still over 5 weeks to the next coming ceremony so you should expected to be included/invited for the July ceremony since you already sent in your GNIB card and required fees. Congrats!
