LETTER ASKING FOR MORE PROOF OF ADDRESS FOR 2015 ( I already submitted them when I sent my application but....will just have to send it again):received18 May 2015,sent 3rd of June
SECOND STAGE LETTER: 08 June 2015
APPROVAL: received 10th of August 2015, dated 09th of August 2015

I have continuous full time employment, no crimes/convictions, no breaks in my residency in Ireland. I emailed them and received their template message that my application is still in progress.

Do you have any ideas on why my application might be pending for so long?

@Cevriye this is strange! Did you ever have to pay fines for driving without insurance, etc? Please post your timeline and answer below

Hi there,
Is there anyone who has applied in around August / Sep 2015

Application Basis: Stamp4 Green Card
Application Date: 02.09.2015
1st Acknowledgment Date:17.09.2015
2nd Stage Letter: 03.11.2015

Does anyone know how long one has to wait after 2nd Stage letter, also my visa is due for renewal in by 7th January 2015? Let suppose if I don't get approval by then, I need to get my visa renewed in which case DO I NEED SEND THE COPY OF UPDATED VISA TO INIS? Whats the normal waiting time for approval after 2nd stage letter?

PS: My Stamp 4 EU Fam has expired on end of sep2015! I i have applied for EU FM extension on 1st of September, still waiting on it. Any idea am i be waiting long for both of my applications? My friends applied after me already got approved! I have no criminal record.

I think they are waiting for your extension if you don't have any kind of offence .
Normally people get there approval within 5 months .

thank you for your reply! my friend has the same situation like me and he applied one month after me, he already got the approval and he cant draft the money as he is waiting for his extension too!

Arif.DB@ if you have fines or court appearance in relation to traffic offence than send them record of judgement and if judge fined you on that than you can send the receipt of it. you can get it from court by even sending email and explain them why you need it.
To be on social no problem. they will still give you. just sort your traffic offense fines with them.

Hi,

1st Acknowledgement of received application - 15/10/15
2nd Acknowledgement - pending

I called for an update on my application regarding a second stage letter and they said my application is at the stage where they check externally and it should be completed within 6 months and also that they dont send a second stage letter.

Has the procedure changed or should await a 2nd stage letter?
