Accommodation requirements?

Post by stefanvl » Mon Jul 18, 2016 11:53 am

Hi,

We are a Belgian (EU) and a Costa Rican, moving to Dublin next month. We found some small studios for rent.

I would like to know if there are accommodation requirements. Does it need to be a certain size or does it need have to have a separate bedroom? Does Inis come by to check the accommodation?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Do landlords ask for a passport or is an EU national ID also accepted
