Anyone Got Stamp 4 for 5 years recently(extended family)

i got my 6 month temporary stamp 4 but waiting for 5 years visa response. My question is anyone got stamp 4 for 5 years recently on extended family member and how long its talking these days. please reply

all rejected recently in march and more rejections??? not sure how the dept can be convinced of dependency?
