Critical Skills visa Query

hi,

I have a quick question. My Critical Skills permit was issued w.e.f 01-december-2015 for 2 years. however, now, due to change in circumstances, I will be able to start on 1st of Feb 2016.

So, when my permit expires in 2017 i will be about 2 months short of completing 2 years employment. will that create a problem when it comes to applying for a stamp 4?
