decision over 10 months

Hello, every one .I apply for stamp4 eufam last year in October on 19 October 2015 . inis issue temp stamp in December and my decision was due on 19 april 2016 but I did not receive anything from eu treaty rights . I send them e mail and they reply me back sorry for delays and can take 12 to 14weeks to issue the decision . its already gone and now over 10 months. I contact to my local td they reply him over next few days they will issue the decision by registerd post but still I did not receive any decision . any help??????

There are lots of people are like you at the moment.
At the moment its bit slow but eventually they get back at you.
if they cross the time frame you can sue them by a legal solicitor.
Nothing worry of wait 2 or 3 weeks more..
its a wait and see game

thanks j karim . I aleady them legal letter about 10 days ago they not reply either . we give them till this Wednesday deadline but I don't think so they bother legal letter also .

They bother..they have to answer aswell or they will have to compensate you..
sept and October court is close they will defo answer in few weeks for sure..
just don't they can get away

i have apply irish spouse visa d type in last year august
13 month gone still no receive any response

i am an immigration solicitor and when I write a warning letter to the EU Treaty Rights section threatening court proceedings against them when they are taking more than 6 months to issue a decision, in 98% of the cases a decision issues within one week. In the other 2% it may take slightly longer if there are complications with a case for a particular reason. The decisions should be processed within the legal time frame.
