Just wondering if dependent children (3 years old) need to be adopted by the EU citizen before they are allowed to reside here in Ireland with the Non-EU parent & EU citizen? What challenges will they face bringing her over? The child is currently in West Africa with her biological mother who is happy for her child to come to Europe with her dad & his EU wife.
