DESPERATE HELP NEEDED

I really need help guys. My sister's husband lives in Ireland. He was on Stamp 3 when he applied for my sister in August 2014 for family reunification and he also mentioned that he was going to get his Stamp 4 in two months (which he got). It has been more than six months and there is no answer of my sister's application on INIS' website. Can anyone tell me how long can it take?

It can take up to a year for the spouse visa for Non EEA national. You can also check with your local Irish embassy.
