Do my kids need to apply with EU1?

Hi all,I`m a British citizen living and working in Ireland.My wife and kids are also here with me.My wife is Brazilian so I know she needs to send an EU`form away.My kids were born in Brazil and only have Brazilian passports,do they also need to apply with an EU1 form? Also when we all entered Ireland,the stamp on my wifes passport stated 90 days,but the stamp on my kids was different and did not state any period of time.
