I have few questions
1. My brother applied for EU1 in April 2015 and after 6 weeks we received a letter saying that further documents are required including proof of dependency .
Only issue was that they did not give 6 months visa , i do not know as if what should be done ?
is it positive sign or something to worry about ?
2. My brother came in as student and prior to coming to ireland was working in india but i also supported him financially and i paid all his fee for student visa in ireland , now when he filed EU1 , do you think the fact that he was working in india will make affect ?
3. If i have to file my other brothers application in india , will is submit his application in india or through INIS website in ireland ? where will my documents be posted india or dublin ?
