Eu1 circumstances change

HI there
I would like to know if somebody would know few info about The Eu1.
My parter got the stamp 4 EU Fam lat year.
What abuot if we are not together anymore?
What will happen if we break up?
I s the visa cancel they will give her a certain time to go back or apply for another visa?

U must have been married for at least 2 yrs. u can them apply for retention of right by filling EU5 application form. U must also provide evidence of ur eu partner exercising their treaty right until the divorce.Basically all the evidence provided during the initial application of the EU1 but this time around,they just have to be current.

She got the visa last year and we were not married, we needed just to prove that we were in a relationship for the more than 2 years.
So i don't have any divorce certificate or this kind of things what should i send to them?
Now i'm wondering should i let them know we are not together anymore?
Otherwise she can easy stay here till September 2017.
And what will happen to her?

What about if she told me she comunicate to the immigration office that we are not together anymore but she didn't?
How can I know this?

I think the website clear states, if you are not long together, you should inform the office and her visa would be cancelled immediately, but if she lived with you more than 3 years, she is entitled to apply EU 5 as a independence based on her previous relationship with you.
