Hello Guys,

I know a lot of you are waiting but anyone submitted their documentation under Directive 2004/38/EC over a year and still waiting for response? when i say submitted means the date INIS received documentation and not when you posted it please.

Your responses are highly appreciated.

Best.

There is 3 application refused every week, that is the overall activity from INIS about eu treaty rights visas, ridiculous and unlawful.
Seems so far that is 2 ways around this:
-wait more....no im just joking, they never gonna process the visas
-get Schengen visa and
1, try to cross on the ferry together with your spouse from Calais to Dover based on the 2004/38 directive traveling without visa (prepare loads of supporting documents), get EEA dependent stamp at port, than go to Ireland
2, move to another EU country, get article 10 resident card, u can travel visa free to Ireland even on airplane
