help me for divorce with eea

hi i got married with eea in 05 we live happily until 09 now the thing getting change and creating problem b/w us during this 5yrs i have 2 daughter with her. first i want to know if i get separate from her is it effect me with my immigration second how can i take solo custody of my daughters please help me

well first of all I hope that you two work things out between each other and do not go for a divorce which is very painful specially when you have two kids.

addressing your question, no you will not have any problem as you have lived as husband and wife for 3 qualified years already with your eea member. plus you have kids...

so, my advice is to work things out for the sake of children as this is what good people do.
