Ireland Spouse Visa Processing Time Pakistan

Good news for us, took 12 week to get Dependent visa,

I am also waiting for my Irish visa that falls on EU directive to accompany my EU spouse
Its been 110 days and still waiting
Just got this email from embassy of Ireland
The New Delhi Visa Office has experienced large increases in European Union Treaty Rights (EUTR) visa applications. This increase has limited our operational capacity and is leading to long delays in processing these applications. Delays of several months should be expected.

Your email has been forwarded to the appropriate Visa Officer and once a decision is made on this application you will be informed accordingly.

No anyway except waiting for their decision

They are stuck on the same date, its mean they have received lot of applications in July...

since irish immigration law is transposed in the EU directive of free movement difficulties started and
time has no value since then..

instead of raising a new query I am including my question in this thread and I hope to get a reply on this.

I am on critical skills permit and my permit ends in first week of January 2017 (31 Dec 2016). I plan to apply for spouse visa in May 2015 and as it is stated on inis website that it normally takes 6 months to decide so I assume that my wife would be issued a visa in Nov 2015. Now the question which comes in my mind is would she be issued a visa at all or her application would be rejected because there would only be 2 months left in expiration of my permit and the visa is issued if one wants to stay in ireland for 3 months or longer as stated on inis website?

"If you wish to come to Ireland to reside for longer than 3 months with a family member who is an Irish citizen or who is permitted to reside in Ireland you can apply for a long stay (join family) single entry visa"

Note: I am a NON-EEA national. Permit started in January 2015.

one of my friend who applied the visa towards the end of june (date not confirmed)got rejected...i will ask him
to post his refusal reason himself as he is not a member of the forum so i am just giving a update here.but what i was thinking they took 12 weeks to reject me as you all know it was my mistake. but for him they took a long time and he produced all the required docs..i hope there will be a positive result for all of you as irish
are wasting some precious time..

Sorry for the late reply as i am still waiting for the Irish Visa of my wife.... A friend of mine was lucky in his visa application after a waiting period of 6 months. His wife was working in the American Embassy. Lets hope they do the same for us. I am seriously pissed off.

I applied for my husband on June 19th under the category 'family member of an EU citizen' I received an email on Dec 4th saying they were currently processing applications that were received in May and haven't heard anything since.

I applied for my husband 18/06/2015 visa family member of an EU citizen -join familly we still waiting.I got mail from 28 December and there write they still cheack may how possible they cheack just may few months..??second someone sow they not cheack 1.5 moths EU cases - they hold...somebody know why???

Yes I applied for accompany EU spouse... How long are they taking on May applications as they've been saying that since November. What are your agents/solicitors saying?

I also got an email back in October saying they are dealing application recived in May,it means from the last three months they are dealing application recievd in May 2015.

My solicitor advice me to wait as they cant take more cases for judical review in The high Court.
They have already taken so many cases so at the moement they are prohibted untill end of this month.
