Marriage after OCI card

Hi All,

I just want to know about Marriage after getting Irish Citizenship and leaving India citizenship , so if I get an OCI card and then marry a girl from EU so does she/kids also have to apply for Visa every time we visit India or can she/kids also get an OCI being a wife/kid of an OCI card holder.

What all rights they will have from India perspective after married/kid of an OCI card holder.

If you had been a citizen of India (in your case you certainly had been an Indian citizen), your EU wife (of course if you get married to one) is eligible for getting OCI card for herself. Even your kids are eligible for OCI card. This OCI card eligibility continues for 2 generations from you onward. Meanwhile if one of your grand kids get married to an Indian, 2 more generations from that point onward provided the same rules are existing that time.
