Hi,
You need to complete 5 years reckonable residence (i.e. stamp 1, stamp3, and stamp4) before you become entitle to apply for the citizenship

Basically you will need to have 1,825 or 1,826 days (5 years) of reckonable residence in Ireland.

So, if you have been living in Ireland legally for 5 years you can apply for a Naturalisation Certificate.
