Hello everyone,

I have a problem divorcing with my non EU husband. I am EU citizen and I was living in Ireland where we got married. I left Ireland 10 months after our marriage and went to my country. My husband promised to start a divorce but never did and now 2 years passed. I want a divorce but I don't know how to start it from another country. Also how much would that cost approx? Can I fill in forms my self without a lawyer? If he disagrees do I need a lawyer? Is it possible to devorce without comming to Ireland?
