Non-EUCitizen (UK Settlement Visa holder) Visiting Ireland

Hi All,
Could anyone help us out in providing details on Visiting Ireland - Visa Application options for Non-Eu Citizen( Spouse Settlement Dependent of a British Citizen ) visiting Dublin . We tried to find the information from their embassy website but not so clear on the type of the application to choose from the list, Visa requirements etc. Also emailed to Embassy for requesting the details but still waiting for their reply , all we need to know do we need to submit eg: Accommodation,payslips & others while submitting the form?
Any advise would really help us & Thank you in advance.
