Original Marriage Certificate not returned!!

My Original Marriage Certificate not returned with stamp 4 eufam letter!!
How I can contact with INIS, I send them email but they did not reply.
is there any phone NO. that i cant contact ?

Unfortunately they don't answer any phone calls; even if it's an emergency case they don't redirect you to the eu treaty rights department. If I were you I would send them a letter by registered post and repeat an email. Hope this will help
Could you please tell me what was your decision date and when did you get it approved?
Mine is 29 th of February and my temporary stamp 4 was expired in March and they don't give any information when I can get the outcome

My decision date was 2016 Jan 22, Temp stamp 4 was expired on Feb 22 I got stamp4 eufam letter in 2016 April 7th.
