quick question... pls help

so our 5year visa expires 17 august... we've already sent out eu3 application on 9 april... have not heard anything from them yet, except a reply to email stating we will receive a letter in due time.

My problem is... both my boys are starting college in august/sep... will they give us a 6month temp stamp while they are processing eu3? as we cant have a gap in stamps to apply for citizenship in august and the college might not accept them if the stamp's run out?

You are required to apply 6 months before you stamp4eufam expires. Did you do that?

If not you will need to seek temp stamp 4 from the department. They have up to 6 months to deal with it.
