Reasonable chance getting pps while staying in hotel?

I'm wondering whether a letter from a hotel/hostel would be acceptable to get a pps number and if so would you the person have needed to have been at that place for a set time?

Hostel address is acceptable but I don't know about hotel. You need a prove of address showing the hostel address. It doesn't matter how long u have been in the hostel for

take a letter from whomsoever u can, saying that u r residing at his address. be it hostel or hotel, just make sure ur name and d address is on tht letter
