STAMP 4 (5 Year Approvels) in March April and May 2016

Garda have started to give 4 months extra stamp to applicants whose stamps are expired and waiting on their decisions.
So apparently they have time to issue new temporary cards but don't have to time to issue decision on existing applications. This is messed up.

are you sure they are giving extra 4months??where did you get info?

Dublinhope someone got his yesterday, as spouse of eea national, decision was due and his temporary stamp was expired, if you read the update they clearly said you will be given extra stamps if you wish so.

Just to confirm, this new 10 months waiting rule, is it for new applications, or same for the applications submitted 6 months ago?

what happen inis post comes on tuesday?there is no name

Applied as spouse of EU citizen and My decision due date was 21st April, Temporary Stamp expired 21st May and still no decision I am so depressed

My 10 months should be due by 21st August there about. All email reply has been copy and paste general replies. Do you know if they just stopped treaty rights or they are genuinely experiencing delays because I haven't seen anyone post here with a reply recently?

They have not stopped treaty rights because many decisions came after referendum.
Its so disturbing that they issued decision for last week of march and afterwords they are just stuck.
If anyone gets any update please post here.

Has anyone sent inis an email after 10 month update on website, well i did but seconds later an automated email came with same whole page of 10 month update blah blah blah,
I think they are working hard these days to issue decisions loll so they have stopped replying back to emails

Raja.brit i think we should stop searching for more answers loll because everytime something comes up which increases our panic. Just looking forward to our 10 month timeframe, hope its not a lollipop.

Haha.. Our wait is not long though on the positive note

Viking23 is the first soldier to complete 10 months on August 27 so lets see if INIS was really serious this time or just joking like always lol

Hello tayyab . Those people who apply recently eu1 application they get the temp stamp in 3 to 4 weeks times and 8 months stamp . I know personally 2 peoples . But those who like me who apply last year from october they have'nt heard anything yet . This thing is show department is not much busy as they was busy last year . They only want to delays without any reason and this thing is common problem with irish authority . I m not hope full that i will receive anything in this month.

Viking, if they do delay after 10 months then there is a urgent need to take legal action through a good solicitor, because INIS wont reply on emails anymore and only way to get a decision will be writing them a strong letter from a good lawyer.
We lot gone half crazy because of worrying,if we let go 10 months promise by INIS then they will do anything they want.

I am finally relieved that I received my letter from INIS on Friday - My application was sent in October 2015 then Febraury2016 received TEMP for 3 months(May 2016 ) -
