Hi Anvish,

I had the same question and I have been answered that "Yes you can apply on STamp 4 as long as you have concrete evidence of proving your move to UK i.e. reasons including your centre of life move to Ireland ...

Hope this helps, but Gurus response is appreciated on this,

Yes it is possible, stamp 4 or 5 years card is not a legal requirement for the SS route EEA2. Once you have sufficient documents to prove your centre of life then no problems you can apply :)

so far I heard possible outcomes for parents but not for siblings, it would be better if you make sure before you make your application for siblings

I see references to “Working” and “Self-Employed”, how would the Surinder-Singh route work for a pensioner British person who will enjoy his treaty rights in Ireland...
will he has to work or be self employed in Ireland for go back to UK to use surinder singh route after getting IE EUfamily residence card for her non eu spouse..?

Surinder singh should work, even if the person was not working.
