Hi masterboy,
Have you travelled with temp stamp 4 eufam or 5 years card? Do you think does taht make any difference between temporary stamp 4 Eufam and 5 years card?

i think temporary stamp what we get is only stamp 4 without eufam wording so i believe only stamp 4 comes under national law not the EU law and we would need a visa to travel if traveling with only temporary stamp 4.

Temporary stamp4 cannot be used in lieu of a visa to UK.

You are absolutely right but what do you think about entering the UK under EEA Regulation 9?

Hi alphagear,

Have you received the EU Stamp 4 (5 years card). You mentioned it was due 19th Oct and your 6months temp card was due to expire 19th Nov. Has it now arrived? If so, when did it come and how long was the delay?
