do we receive any reference number/conformation after submission of application for extended family members via email or post?

I have sent application for extended family members but realized now that one of the application form was signed by sponsor and applicant didn't sign. Is there anyway we can send new application form or contact treaty rights unit dublin.

Also in case of any job changes or new business activity how could we inform them.

send them a letter with the details to the address where you sent the application. that's probably the best way.

Application sent to treat rights unit dublin but is there anyway we could confirm that documents has been reached at the right place without reference number?
