waiting for stamp 4 since couples of week

hello,

am waiting stamp 4 since couples of week but still no update, anybody tell me now a days how they will return original doc and as well as stamp 4 approval. any idea

I am also waiting for the stamp 4. I recieved the following reply from the office on 7 Aug.

Applications are processed in chronological order. Due to the volume of
applications on hand, it may take 6-8 weeks from the date of receipt before
a response is issued from this office. Once your documents have been
processed, they will be returned to you and any outstanding documents will
be requested.

This may be automatic reply. Before they said 4-6 weeks, now 6-8 weeks

Hi, hope you are doing well. I am also waiting for to get my documents back but everyone saying it may take upto 8 weeks so sad but they have to issue a certificate with right to work immediately, by the way when did you send your eu1? I have sent mine 2 weeks ago!

Do not worry you will get your docs back soon maybe tomorrow sometimes because they says maximum 8 weeks you know so be happy to get your stamp 4 and please update us.

Ow okay that's sounds good to settling here, I think there is generally no post on a Saturday/Sunday, except for exceptional circumstances such as Christmas. I know it is very hard to wait Take it easy sk007 and you will get your documents soon.

Yeah I wish you to get them coming week but you know if you do not hear anything from them yeah I think you should contact them because they have to issue certificate with right to work immediately you know?! it is been nearly 9 weeks

thanks for yr kind reply, but am worried about delay my case. As we continue checked here in board all r rcvd between eight weeks but I think am only one whose ninth week also gone but no update.

You should write a letter to the department of Justice informing that that this is unacceptable and that you have been waiting for too long already, when the waiting period in EU law ,is immediately

thanks a lot for yr msg yes I will try to write a letter but its very strange why they too late as our passport/ original doc stuck over there . anyways thanks again.

I'm sorry for get back to you little bit late as I was bit busy, it's really strange you know they keep our passport for very long time, I've read the Directive and it's saying they should issue certificate of right of work immediately but this weird though so wait for tomorrow, if you didn't receive anything yeah you should contact treaty rights via email, send a letter to the INIS and Department of justice as obie said. But I believe you will receive this week anyhow because you know I heard they're having loads application nowadays and couldn't manage them on time so probably that's because of this delay.

Well sometimes they reply quickly also don't forget to email them, you know I contacted them via e-mail regarding a query in my application and they replied me in 3 days, anyhow they should issue your certificate of right to work immediately, it's EU law so don't wait anymore it's already 9 weeks past no? so mail them, let them know you need your documents back and they will consider it.

hru....u hav any good news reg yr doc/ltr. Mine is still pending now a days they r not replied any mails....

I made an Application for family member and it has taken 4-5 weeks.

I have written to the department threatening legal action.

COA should be issued immediately . It should not take 9 weeks. That is wholly unacceptable..
