You can request them to review your application due to the personal circumstances but you got to show them proof, otherwise I don't know, but for now try email them to see your application status, if you are lucky then you may get reply soon.. so email them and see what they do..

It is worst

you have to keep email them and send letter until you get a response from them, that is the way you can try now but if you don't want to send letter to them then keep send email until you get a response

already email them even wrote a letter and submitted personally in Dublin office but its very strange no out come rcvd so far. so guys wat is the next am totally confused.........................speechless, and worried about my original doc and passports.

Nothing we can do. I went to NASC and they told me all I can do is wait. So, nobody cares that we are waiting for over two months and if we have enough money. And nobody to complain to. Even the solicitors say they can only try and send a letter.

Im in the same boat waiting for reply from last 8 weeks and my solicitor told me today they cant do anything as the Department not willing to issue a Acknowlegetment letter to anyone they are not busy they have just a accuse that they are busy

The solicitor is useless. How could they say this to a client.

The regulation require the department to issue acknowledgement immediately. If they fail to do this, then they are violating EU law.

I dont know thats what they said to me.they wrote a letter to department last week and give them last 7 days but still they say they didnt give a reply ..
