India Visit visa Citizenship/National Id No.

Hi,

Just applying for India Visit visa. its for british national (by naturalisation). What do we need to put for the following?

In Applicant Details section (two things on naturalisation certificate certificate No and Reference No , which one or neither .. just NA ?)
Citizenship/National Id --- ?
In Passport details Section (British passport)
Place of issue ----?

Will appreciate if someone can help me with this?

Guys, please if anyone knows about this then please rely.

british citizens don't have any national id
place of issue - you can write either IPS UK or HMPO UK (as applicable)

Two more questions...

(1) Have you ever visited India before? (Its only India where she is from but she was citizen before and she didnt required visa for this) Do we have to Put "No"?

(2) Countries Visited in Last 10 years.
Ans: India and UK or just blank?
