Indian passport for baby born in UK

Hello

I have to apply for Indian Passport for my baby. I have completed the online application for Birth Registration and taken a print out of it.
I understand I need to go to high commission london to submit the additional documents.
The documents which I learnt I need to submit are:
1- Online Filled Form
2- Original Birth Certificate
3- A copy of Birth Certificate
4- Both Parents Passport Original
5- A copy of parents passport (front two and last two pages- self attested)
6- Parents Marriage Certificate
7- Copy of parent Marriage Certificate (self attested)
8- Declartion form with parents signature and photographs
9- Proof of residence, (driving licence or utility bill, self attested)
10 - Visa copy of both the parents.

My question is:

Do I need any additional documents?
Can I also apply for the baby's passport at the same time?
Me and my wife's passport is also expiring next month can i also apply for it at the same time?
